Elemental Harmony

Elemental Harmony is a trio of women who delight in sharing their love of vocal music. Their eclectic repertoire includes selections from folk cultures around the world, spiritual selections, and original compositions. Percussion, pan flute, and other world music percussion give a rhythmic beat to the compelling harmonies. Their music inspires and delights audiences young and old alike.


Ter Lieberstein

Ter is a singer/songwriter who has performed for audiences from New York to Alaska to Hawaii. She has worked with numerous ensembles, including the madrigal group Country Matters, the Hollywood Early Music Players, performance group Miscellany, and the a cappella group The Insomniacs. Ter is a resident artist at the Malibu Coast Chamber Music Festival produced by Maria Newman and Scott Hosfeldt, where she performs as both a soloist and with Elemental Harmony. As a cantorial soloist, Ter has studied with Cantor Evan Kent at the Hebrew Union College, Cantor Perrine Anchor, and nationally known cantor/songwriter Doug Cotler. She has also performed and presented at the CAJE conference for Jewish educators and musicians. Ter is a founding member of Elemental Harmon, and writes both original compositions and arrangements for the group. Sylvie Sarkissian

Sylvie, from Georgia, Russia, has Master of Composition and Conducting from Georgian State Conservatory. She is the founder and conductor of Georgian Folk Choir “Origins”, and has composed and arranged pieces for mixed chamber choir and orchestra. While living in Georgia, Sylvie wrote music for films and theater plays. She has performed as a pop singer starting the age of 10, and was a lead singer for Croatian pop group of Nikica Kalogjer, which was broadcasted on Georgian national radio. Sylvie has also been as a singer and piano player for private parties since 1998. She loves to sing Leonard Cohen’s works as well as Sephardic, Russian and Armenian songs, and is fluent in several languages.


Kris Wildman

With a Master of Fine Arts in Vocal Performance (California Institute of the Arts - 2006), Kris is a trained soprano with years of concert, theatre, and opera experience on three continents. She loves working with composers on new works, be it melodic or atonal, and enjoys using extended vocal techniques. Kris is also available to entertain as a soloist at your senior facility, party, wedding, or other event.
